As the old Polish proverb says - "what country, what customs" - Portuguese law and bureaucracy are governed by different rules than in Poland. That's why, to avoid colliding with the Portuguese "amanhã" and the proverbial wall of formalities - I will help you go through the Portuguese procedures without any problems.
